It was acceptable in the 80's. I was only a child but the fashion trends around then remain in my memory. Men wore black patent shoes with blue jeans (and sometimes white socks) to the disco on Saturday night, and they were bloody awful - but they're back!
Worse, you might see white socks with these shoes, with the jeans a little bit too short and tight fitting too. Horrendous. But fashion has a funny way of going in cycles and believe it or not, this shoe fashion trend is back - you can buy them in our store today!
